ALL ABOARD FOR VOCAL FUN: The Nassau Mid-Island
Chapter of the B.H.S. offered a musical barbershop
harmony journey down the Missippi to New Orleans for its
58th Annual Show, presented April 11-12 at Mineola High
School in Garden City Park.
GUESTS IN THE HOUSE: The barbershop artistry of
Quatrain provided ringing chords during two entertaining
segments as part of the Nassau Mid-Island Chapter's 58th
Annual Show presented locally at Mineola High School in
mid-April.
YOU FOUR-A-YA QUARTET sang the praises of New
Orleans during a paddle wheeler trip down the
Mississippy to the "Big Easy," at the Nassau Mid-Island
Chapter's 58th Annual Show.
SETTING THE MUSICAL MOOD for the Nassau
Mid-Island Chapter's 58th Annual Show and its paddle
wheeler journey down the mighty Mississippi was the
banjo strumming (and singing) of Bill Hardman and solid
bass accompaniment of Steve Stojowski.
EXPRESS MALES: The musical talents of Long
Island Express were on hand to elicit applause at the
Nassau Mid-Island Chapter's 58th Annual Show.
LET THERE BE LIGHT(HOUSE): The 58th Annual Show
of Long Island Harmonizers also included a song from
Lighthouse quartet and the voices of (from left) Hal
Verity, Vinnie Colonna, Ed Andreassen and Chiz Bell.
SOUND OF THE SOUTH: The "Three Tenors" of the
Long Island Harmonizers chorus (from left) Herb Oshrain,
Harry Ruvolo and Dave D'Antonio, gave their all, much to
the delight of audiences at this year's Annual Show --
the Nassau Mid-Island Chapter's 58th. Providing
accordian support was musical director Maurice Debar.
ALL IN A-CHORD -- a new Nassau Mid-Island Chapter
quartet -- made its debut at the Long Island
Harmonizers' 58th Annual Show.
IN THE PINK: Matched vocally and with silk pink
shirts and ties were the After GloWorms, who spun a
story about their love of coffee at the Nassau
Mid-Island Chapter's 58th Annual Show
